What’s Norming’s warranty term?

Norming offers 3 years or 5 years warranty for different products when products are used in conformity with the stated product and usage specifications. You can check with your Norming contact for more details.

Can I know your rough lead time for sample order and bulk order?

For sample order, it takes 1 week. For bulk order, it takes 4~5 weeks. *Customized products might have longer lead time, please confirm with your contact in Norming before you place an order to us.

How can I have your latest catalog?

Can I visit your factory for more information before cooperation?

Business customers are welcome to visit our factory and we can arrange a pick-up in Shenzhen if we are informed in advance. Send an email to info@nm-led.com or contact your Norming contact to book your factory visit. Individual is not accepted to visit our factory.

Can I customize product from your company?

Yes, customized products is acceptable for Norming. The engineering and tooling expense will be discussed.

Can you put our trademark on the products I buy?

Yes, we offer OEM/ODM service to our customers. What’s more, you can have your own package design once the volume reach our MOQ, normally it’s a thousand.
